This is striptease energy — slow, intentional, and unapologetically hot. TEACHER: Ali De La Sass. We’re talking weight shifts, pauses you can feel, hands that know where they’re going, and movement that takes its time. Chairs aren’t props — they’re partners. The floor isn’t a trick — it’s where the tension builds. You’ll work on: Striptease-style chair work that teases without rushing Floorwork that’s grounded, controlled, and confident Transitions that feel deliberate, not decorative Using stillness, eye contact, and breath to hold the room Moving like you’re in charge — because you are This class is less about choreography and more about how you move when you mean it. No frantic counts. No performance face. Just presence, confidence, and that delicious sense of “watch this”. Heels optional. Kneepads encouraged. Striptease brain switched on.
