Drag King Course - Term Four

Workshop Description

Drag King Course with Sparklemuffin Through the lens of male archetypes Sparklemuffin will guide you through character development with the end result being a group drag (king) act This course is designed for anyone of any gender and is aimed at helping you develop your drag king persona or personas. The focus will be on how to portray a masculine energy on stage. You will do movement exercises every week and have the chance to contribute to the choreography of the group number. The number of people in this class will be limited ensuring you get lots of focus. This class is suitable for beginners. Schedule: Wednesdays commencing 14 October 5:30-6:30pm for 9 weeks. Humpy Hall Scullin (Belconnen). The venue has a ramp to the door.
