Service Description

WORKSHOP: Slow & Erotic with Bella de Jac Length: 2hrs Cost: $60 Time: 1pm - 3pm Date: 4 May 2025 Location: Belconnen Community Theatre Whatever stage you're on, or stage you're at. Whether you: 🌻 struggle to stop moving on stage 🌻 don't know how or where to include stillness 🌻 feel silly or uncomfortable being "sexy" on stage 🌻 feel the need to have a prop on stage to keep busy with/to have something to "do" (does the thought of just you on stage with no gimmick, didactic storyline, or prop feel more naked than actually being naked?) Or if you actually love all of the above and just want to explore it more! The stage is the altar and you are the deity! Make your audience want YOUR attention (not the other way around), find your inner calm and the playful game of tease, and learn how to trust that you can not only keep their attention, but that you are mesmerising when you go slow. Open level Bring: Wear whatever you like that you have a full range of movement in. Feel free to wear sexy gear but as it’s winter and we’ll be on the floor at times consider having layers. Leggings or stockings can be nice to help you slide. Kneepads recommended & heels optional (bring them if you use them on stage!) Accessibility notes: There will be floorwork, but alternatives/adjustments can be made to suit students. RAT/mask encouraged workshop – Let’s keep our community safe and healthy.
